Poet Alan Shapiro, author of numerous acclaimed poetry collections, including Reel to Reel, a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize, and Night of the Republic, a finalist for the National Book Award, will be reading at the Suffolk University Poetry Center on September 19, 2016, at 7 p.m. The Poetry Center is located in the Mildred F. Sawyer Library at 73 Tremont Street, Boston, near the Park Street T (entrance around corner on Tremont Place). The reading is free and open to the public.
